I planned to start the week with a post covering some of the great benefits of working for myself and being able to work from home most of the week.
In fact it was almost written, when one of my family managed to somehow kill the extension lead, which led to the internet router, which led to me losing the work I’d stupidly not backed up during the writing process.
So working from home is still great, but it doesn’t stop the occasional hiccup, or remove the need to ensure frequent backups and failsafes. Including making sure the extension lead and router are kept away from all members of the family, especially from grown-ups not paying attention!
Life is filled with hiccups – they will find you wherever you try to hide! 🙂
That’s true! I think the best thing is to try and encounter them in the place where you feel most comfortable dealing with them… And to learn what you can from them
